I have an eclectic style of therapy that is suited to each person individually. I draw from a modality of styles including but not limited to psychodynamic psychotherapy (standard talk therapy) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also have experience in treating trauma using Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR). I am specialized in helping people set healthier boundaries and improve their way of communicating with others, which often dramatically improves both relationships and self-esteem.

In addition to my work with individuals, I enjoy helping couples strengthen their relationships and navigate the joys and challenges of parenting.
